Overview

With a combined experience of over 48 years in Toshiba and Konica Minolta sales and service experience, Schrodter Imaging takes pride in providing the highest quality equipment with the best reliability at affordable prices. Our business philosophy is to strive for customer satisfaction and quality excellence. We love repairing and selling machines both new and old.

Service Area

Based in Brisbane, we serve quite a large area, with numerous customers in northern QLD, western QLD and interstate. Our primary service areas are: Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. We can deliver, relocate, repair and service any machine within these area.

Interstate

Deliveries can be arranged Australia wide at the customer's expense. We have a number of options available for interstate deliveries and setups. For Melbourne and Sydney customers, the freight is provided at a discounted price, and includes remote network setup.

Consultancy

Simply need advice on your lease, a used machine purchase or any thing else about copiers? Ask us, we are always happy to help. We pride ourselves on honest advice and helping customers, whether it is sales, service or advice!

SALES
What are your warranty terms?12 months/40,000 copies, whichever occurs first. Covers everything other than user error, abuse or water/electrical damage.
Why are you more expensive?We actually refurbish our machines, fully service them and provide one-stop service, including delivery, setup and on-going support. We have a large warehouse/office complex as well as delivery vans and a large machine and parts inventory. We are also a legitimate tax registered business unlike other providers found on the internet. We have full technical training, backup and have extensive experience.
Why should we buy from you?We are Toshiba and Konica Minolta trained specialists with up to date technical information and parts inventory. We pride ourselves on providing the best value for money options in the market, as well as providing the best and most comprehensive warranty in Australia.
Why the Toshiba or Konica Minolta brand?Konica Minolta Bizhub's and Toshiba eStudio's are the most cost effective to run, we have sold many brands previosuly in parallel with Toshiba. However, Konica Minolta and Toshiba have always been the cheapest cost per print in terms of toner, maintenance and outright purchase cost.
LEASING & RENTALS
Why are your rentals so much cheaper?You are not making a repayment for the equipment, just the payment for the service/ toner/ use. That's why we are much cheaper.
I'm worried about signing up to a contract...Don't be, our rentals are all month to month, meaning you may terminate at any time. The mimium rental period is just two months however.
How much will it cost?We will calculate the best option! It is also completely tailored to you. Prices start at $150+GST for a full sized MFP.
SERVICE & SUPPORT
Can you repair other brands of printer?We prefer to stick to just Toshiba, Develop and Konica Minolta, however, our techs also repair many Ricoh, Canon and Fuji Xerox. Other brands are also welcome, but please be advised we are not specialists in that equipment, and do not have full factory software. Our services are limited to laser only.
Can you provide us with advice?We sure can. We are happy to provide advice on your current lease, prospective lease, machine purchase whether it be from us or private. Don't hesitate to give us a call, we can try to help.
Can I buy a machine from you even if I am interstate?Of course, we have many interstate customers from NSW, VIC and WA. We can handle your setup and warranty remotely, no problem at all.
